The state-of-the-art production complex started operations in December 1999 and has had four major expansions since. Here, Safran Landing Systems continues to grow and expand and repeatedly meets the demands of the ever-changing aerospace environment.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Safran Landing Systems offers a third party, confidential Employee Assistance Program that provides employees and their families access to professional advise/counsel on topics such as substance abuse, legal concerns, depression, debt management, nutrition etc.
Our comprehensive benefit package includes dental, health, life, disability, health savings and vision insurance. As well as a set amount of paid sick time off (no less than 2 weeks/year).
We observe 11 paid company holidays annually. Production employees who work on a designated company holiday will receive 2 ½ times their rate of pay.
The Company provides no less than 2 weeks/year of paid vacation time, with increases to time off given at set anniversary dates
Company share purchase plan
Opportunity to purchase Company shares on a quarterly basis. Safran Landing Systems will match employee share purchases with a 60% top up (limit of 2,000 Euros/annum).
