In Safran Landing Systems, 3 customers support centres (CSC) provide a continuous point of contact at both operators and aircraft manufacturers. The center's technical experts work in shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage all year long, they answer customer questions and ensure aircraft dispatch reliability.
