Executive Vice President of strategic development
Olivier Savin is a graduate of SupDeCo (1989) and ICADE Madrid (1990), with a Management and Finance MBA. He joined the Safran Group in 1992. He started at Messier-Bugatti, where he was Spare parts sales manager, before being named Head of Marketing (Messier-Services), and then Head of International joint ventures and subsidiaries. In 1998, he moved to Snecma Services, where he was named Managing director of Snecma Morocco Engine Services, a CFM56 MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) specialist. In 2002 he became General manager of the Snecma Services plant in Châtellerault, then Head of the company's Repairs division. Olivier Savin joined CFM International (the 50/50 joint company of Safran and GE) in 2008, as Executive Vice President, in charge of the CFM56 and LEAP programs. In 2011, he was appointed Executive Vice President, EGTS International joint venture (created by Safran and Honeywell).
