Job description

Main activities is to support Suzhou development as logistic hub for Asian supply chain
o Implement consignment stock project with Asian suppliers in Suzhou (for Suzhou and SLS site global demand)
 Identify key suppliers / Key parts
 Support discussion with suppliers and Customers (SLS global site)
 Define and formalize operating process
 Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle (Supplier Suzhou  SLS CUSTOMER sites)
 Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
 Define robust tools or management system interface with SAP and Syteline ERP systems
 Manage operational implementation (safety stock, operating process, visual management, KPI & reporting, …)
o Implement the railway project Phase 2 on Europe delivery with key Asian suppliers & implement North America Sea Project (delivery by sea to Toronto)
 Discussions with forwarders
 Support Selection process (led by commercial purchasing)
 Manage operational implementation (safety stock, operating process, visual management, KPI & reporting, …)

Job requirements

Good English ability both in writing and oral.
Familiar with MS Office.

  • - Capability to lead cross functional team (purchasing, supply chain, IT, logistic, warehouse and Production program)

  • - Familiar with Export Process Zone policy/practice
