Job description

The Supplier Performance intern will be based in Xi'An to support the Suzhou based Supplier Performance Team (SPL Team) to drive Logistics and Quality performance of suppliers located in Xi'An area.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with the supplier to provide the SPL team with relevant and reliable data to perform Load & Capacity analysis
2. Serves as a local point to provide accurate visibility on stock of finished goods & raw material
3. To go on supplier's workshop to count the WIP of critical parts
4. To alert the SPL team of any supplier's operation disruption (machine breakdown, unplanned shut-down,…)
5. To support SPL and Supplier Quality teams in getting accurate data on supplier quality events
6. To support on following-up the implementation of Senior Management Meeting (SMM) agreed action items.
7. Support SPL team on the organization of business trips to Xi'An
