Job description
He/She will join our Operations and Continuous Improvement teams to support us to achieve and maintain world-class operational performance within the demanding Aviation and Aerospace business.
He/She will have the following responsibilities:
1- To assist Operations team on the automation of their tasks for enhanced performance and efficiency.
2- To create a clear Standard Operation Procedure when applicable (when new operation or process is introduced).
3- To train all relevant stakeholders (especially Team Leaders and Operation employees) on the mastery of skills regarding new technologies deployed to improve productivity (paperless audits, automated data collection, …)
4- To support ongoing data collection initiatives for OEE, SOT and other Operations-related KPI.
5- To support ongoing project management improvement initiatives (redesign of process flow, documentation associated, definition of Roles & Responsibilities of stakeholders involved, …)
6- To extract and analyse all the data related to a problem
7- To propose idea to support continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost
8- Support operation in day-to-day issue and solve it with good problem solving skills
Job requirements
1. Excellent command of the English Language.
2. Strong knowledge in queries and macros would be a plus.
3. Experience in data analysis (Excel, database…)
4. “Hands on” approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
