As our activity within landing systems continues to increase, the people we employ within our business are critical to the delivery of these programmes of work.
Due to internal promotion we are pleased to be recruiting for someone to join us as Engineering Group Leader for our systems team.
As an EGL, you will have responsibility for the team that are contributing to development projects, supporting in-service products and research and technology which is key to our success.

The key thing we are looking for is someone with a strong systems engineering capability who has had experience in the aerospace industry covering development programmes for hydro-mechanical systems.
You'll have experience in ARP4754, with experience in safety and reliability and ARP4761, hydraulic /electrical systems being highly advantageous.
It's not just about the technical, we are also looking for the softer skills. To be successful in the role you will be a self-starter with the ability to define tasks, manage the team's workload and be responsible for meeting priorities. You are confident in making decisions and prioritising, and are also a people person who is able to engage and communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence.
You'll ideally have supervisory/coaching experience, however, if this is an area that you'd like to develop into, we can certainly consider your application!
